Sara lived and worked in Ames over 20 years. A farm girl from Nevada, and an ISU graduate. She home schooled her daughter Hana through 7th grade, then started phClean as a way to support herself and daughter. She bought a home in Ankeny in 2014 in Prairie Trail and works out of both offices throughout the week. Learning, growing and improving staff and self is her focus. That and hula hooping, cats and traveling!
Daniel has lived and worked in Ames for over 10 years. An ISU alum, he and his wife enjoy their 3 dachshunds and their two young children. You may recognize Daniel from his years managing at Panera here in town. He’s been working on updating our systems, he hates paper, and he is our IT department, as well as managing over 30 staff and helping clients!
Lori has been with phClean for 2+ years and takes care of billing and payroll. She has served in various customer service roles and truly enjoys helping figure out solutions to problems. Lori grew up in Upstate New York and moved to Iowa in 2000. She has a couple of very spoiled cats.
Shawn has been in marketing and sales since graduating from the University Of Iowa in 1998. Most recently, he worked as a commercial video producer until he landed here at phClean. He loves spending time playing board games with his two sons.
Raechel has been with phClean for 8+ years. In that time, she has shined countless homes, trained many new technicians, and shown a true commitment to growth and success, both for herself and phClean. In 2023, Raechel took on the role of Client Onboarding Specialist, working with new clients to identify their needs, and providing them with expert advice and guidance. And because she loves her clients so much, Raechel is still cleaning a few homes each week. (she insisted)
Jordan has been with phClean for over 5 years, serving in a variety of capacities, and is now one of our amazing client onboarding specialists. Jessica has done it all! From scheduling to client onboarding, she's now running our Ankeny office! She’s an expert on helping you solve problems, relieve stress, and making sure you get the service you deserve! We love it when her puppy or daughter come to visit the office.
Jodi brings a calm, confident presence and years of experience to her role as Ames Manager. She’s passionate about creating a positive work environment, supporting our team, and ensuring our clients receive top-notch service every time.
Whether she’s coordinating schedules, mentoring team members, or jumping in to help where needed, Jodi leads with care and a can-do attitude. We’re lucky to have her guiding the ship in Ames!
Sierra started with phClean as a cleaning technician and with a quick pace became a trainer. Now, she has stepped up to work as a field supervisor in our West Des Moines/Waukee location. Her bright smile and can-do attitude light up our company immensely and we're looking forward to watching her continue to help make our company shine.
Like many of our staff, Karina started out as a tech, then moved to training and now handles our scheduling for Ankeny. She finds this work so rewarding because we are physically helping people and making their lives easier. In her spare time, she takes care of her zoo at home which includes a 5 year old son, snake, tortoise, two cats and a dog. No wonder she’s so good at scheduling!
Teri has been with phClean for over 7 years. She’s worked her way from a technician, to trainer, then head trainer and is now our scheduler in the Ames office. She loves animals and working outside in her yard which she proudly claims is her therapy!
Karrina has been part of the phClean team since 2002, starting as a cleaning technician and quickly becoming known for her reliability, positivity, and attention to detail. Recently promoted to scheduler, she now helps keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes in our West Des Moines office.
Her experience in the field gives her a great perspective when it comes to organizing routes, supporting our cleaning teams, and making sure our clients get the care they’ve come to expect from phClean.
